On March 14, 2025, Alberta published the update considering the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) inventory. As of March 14, 2025, there were 1,820 Alberta Opportunity Stream, 1,194 Rural Renewal Stream, 384 Tourism and Hospitality Stream, 121 Dedicated Health Care Pathways, around 441 Alberta Express Entry Stream and 22 Entrepreneur Streams applications to be processed. The number of expressions of interest currently in the selection pool under all streams or pathways is 50,266. In addition, on March 6, 2025, Alberta held a new invitation round in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and issued 13 invitations with a minimum score of 53. In this draw, the province targeted candidates working in the Aviation sector under the Priority Sector pathway. In 2025, the province invited 568 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination under all AAIP streams and issued 1,154 nomination certificates.
