On March 6, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for French language proficiency candidates. In round #339, IRCC issued 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to francophone candidates. The cut-off score of this draw was only 410 points, 18 points fewer, compared to the previous draw of this category. The tie-breaking rule for this round was February 11, 2025, at 07:47:29 UTC. As of March 3, 2025, 227,822 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. This year, Canada issued 22,647 ITAs through nine Express Entry draws.
