On January 23, 2025, Manitoba conducted its latest draw, #237, within the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This draw focused on the Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) stream, extending 128 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates, including 22 to Express Entry candidates. Notably, the minimum required score dropped to 609 points, marking a decrease of six points from the previous SWO draw. In this draw, the province invited candidates under the strategic recruitment initiative. In 2025, the MPNP invited 325 candidates, with 74 receiving invitations through the Express Entry stream.
