On June 12, 2025, Manitoba conducted its latest draw, #247, within the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This draw focused on the Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) stream, extending 36 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates. Notably, the minimum required score was 613 points, seven points more than the previous SWO draw. In this draw, the province invited candidates under the strategic recruitment initiative. In 2025, the MPNP invited 846 candidates, and 177 of them declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
