On June 26, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #353, the cut-off score was 521 points, 8 points fewer than the previous CEC-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was November 21, 2024, at 15:56:13 UTC. As of June 22, 2025, 256,754 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 41,845 invitations through 23 Express Entry draws in 2025.
