Canada held a new Express Entry draw

On December 6, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 4,750 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the Express Entry draw #272. In this draw, IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. In the latest round of invitations, the cut-off score was 561 points, 61 points more than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was November 8, 2023, at 06:00:13 UTC. As of December 5, 2023, there are 217,370 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2023, Canada issued 99,971 ITAs through the Express Entry draws.
