On June 27, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 4,300 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under Express Entry. In this draw, IRCC continued inviting candidates under all immigration programs. In round #251, the cut-off score was 486 points, the same as in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was June 21, 2023, at 00:57:04 UTC. As of June 27, 2023, there are 220,003 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 2,163 fewer than in the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 59,048 ITAs through fifteen Express Entry draws.
