On June 13, 2023, the government of Manitoba published an update, considering a process for skilled worker requests under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). From now candidates have to submit all requests using the new Skilled Worker Webform. New changes are related to such processes as informing the MPNP of an intention to change employers, requesting a work permit support letter, a nomination certificate extension, and informing the MPNP of any changes to the Express Entry profile. All complete requests received through the webform will proceed within 10 business days.
