After thoroughly examining hiring practices, authorities have imposed fines totalling $450,000. CDA Landscape Services faces the most significant sanction of $400,000 for twenty non-compliant foreign national employment instances. Additionally, TDA Landscape Services and SDA Services have each received $25,000 penalties for two violations each. The comprehensive investigation, which commenced in 2019, identified more than 700 non-compliant workers throughout Ontario, necessitating subsequent administrative actions.
