The average application processing times for Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream, Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream and Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream is 90-120. The average processing time for PhD Graduate Stream is 30-60 days. The processing time for Ontario’s Expression of Interest (EOI) Assessment in the Entrepreneur Stream still requires less than 30 days, and the application processing depends on the complexity of the business nomination application.
