On January 27, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced two online surveys to collect client feedback. From February 1 to February 28, applicants may receive an email asking them to participate in the Client Experience Survey 2023 to measure if IRCC’s services met clients’ expectations. In addition, the Government of Canada announced Passport Client Experience Survey for clients who obtained their passports in 2022. From January to March 2023, eligible clients may receive a phone call asking them to take part in the survey about their experiences applying for a Canadian passport. The surveys are voluntary and confidential and will be sent by the research firm Advanis.
