On April 12, 2023, the Government of Quebec announced new instructions for the first step of Collective Refugee Sponsorship applications. From May 9, 2023, to June 6, 2023, applicants will be able to submit their undertaking applications under the Program for Refugees Abroad (Collective Sponsorship). The Ministere de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Integration du Quebec (MIFI) posted the forms for making an online undertaking application, allowing groups of 2 to 5 people and organizations to prepare their applications.
